How We Share Your Personal Information

Except as described in this Policy, Remote WorkForce VPN will not disclose any Personal Information that you have provided to us to any outside parties.

Like most companies, we use another company to process payments. We provide your payment information to them only as needed for billing. This includes your name, billing address and credit card and/or account information.

Below are some other ways in which we may disclose your personal information:

  • Upon request of our customer, who is paying for the service being provided to you.

  • When we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

How to Review and Request Changes to Your Personal Information

You can review and make changes to your Personal Information by visiting our Customer Account Management Page, which you can reach from the Manage Account button in our application software or by clicking here.

How We Use Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies to keep track of your preferences and profile information when you visit our website.

We place cookies on your computer to collect non-personally identifiable information to compile aggregated statistics about visitors to our site. For example, we will know how many users access a specific page and which links they clicked on, but not which users. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our site is used.

We also use web beacons on our site to analyze how our site is used and in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Remote WorkForce VPN does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. Most browsers allow you to set the DNT signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We take the protection of your data very seriously. Whenever you enter sensitive information, such as your credit card number, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not retain most of this sensitive information, and only keep what is necessary to effect the transaction and continue servicing your subscription.

Remote WorkForce VPN follows generally accepted industry and commercially reasonable measures to protect the Personal Information submitted to us from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

While Remote WorkForce VPN strives to undertake reasonable and necessary efforts to secure Personal Information provided to us through the website, even such security measures do not guarantee the security of all Personal Information, and Remote WorkForce VPN does not guarantee that the Personal Information it collects will be protected in all circumstances, many of which are beyond Remote WorkForce VPN’s reasonable control.

If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us at

What Happens if We Change Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will post those changes to Remote WorkForce VPN’s website, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

If, however, we are going to use users’ Personal Information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However, if users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their Personal Information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our website notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post a notice we will also email users who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices and/or this Policy.
